We’re bringing a little extra Christmas magic to Luxe, and we’d love to have some amazing local makers join us!

This isn’t your typical vendor market! We’re creating a festive Christmas shopping experience filled with unique handmade gifts, holiday goodies, live Christmas music, delicious food, and festive cocktails.

We’re looking for talented local artisans and small businesses offering handcrafted, unique, and thoughtfully made products that fit the overall holiday atmosphere of our market.

Location: Luxe Bar & Bistro, Summerville, SC
Vendor Space: 10’ × 10’ outdoor space on grass
Registration Fee: $50 per space
Live Christmas Music: Josh Mitchum in the courtyard

❤️ Why You’ll Love Being a Vendor!

One of the biggest challenges of working vendor events is being stuck at your booth all day without being able to grab a bite to eat or something to drink.

Not at Luxe!

Our servers will come directly to your booth to take your food and drink orders, so you can enjoy delicious food and festive beverages without having to leave your setup!

Plus, you’ll get to enjoy live Christmas music by Josh Mitchum while sharing your creations with holiday shoppers.

🎁 What We’re Looking For

We’re focusing exclusively on small, local businesses offering handmade gifts, handcrafted items, and specialty goodies.

Think handmade ornaments, jewelry, woodwork, candles, home décor, artwork, crocheted and sewn creations, holiday treats, and other unique handmade products.

No MLMs, direct-sales companies, or mass-produced resale merchandise will be accepted.

To give our shoppers the best experience possible, we’re carefully selecting vendors to create a beautiful variety of products and avoid too many businesses offering similar items.

📝 Vendor Application & Approval

All vendor registrations are subject to approval.

When registering, please provide:

Your business name
Your website, Facebook page, Instagram, or other business social media links
A brief description of the handmade products you plan to sell.

We will personally review every application to ensure that vendors align with the handmade, locally focused vision and overall aesthetic of our Christmas market.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

If your application is not approved, you will be notified within 48 hours of submitting your completed registration, and a full refund of your registration fee will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with additional event details and setup instructions.

⛺ Vendor Space Information

Your $50 registration includes one 10’ × 10’ outdoor vendor space.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and necessary setup materials. All tents must be properly secured with appropriate weights or approved tie-downs.

Spaces will be assigned by the event organizer.

Additional setup instructions, arrival times, and event guidelines will be provided upon approval.
